Kings Landing and other redevelopment areas may have special standards, infrastructure plans and phased approvals.
Preserved agricultural land may carry deed restrictions that affect development potential. Do not assume acreage can be subdivided or converted.
Route 322, the Turnpike interchange, Center Square Road and Kings Highway can produce very different traffic patterns from interior rural roads.
